Work load can get a little heavy sometimes but the team always comes together to get it done. No pressure to work overtime or anything though

Lochmueller allows for flexible work hours and supports those people who need to work from home for a variety of reasons. The company is also very supportive when events in life happen that require attention outside of work or when grieving. - Competitive benefits

- Lochmueller has grown a lot in the last few years and there seems to be a work culture shift as a result. Management has assured that the company will not grow for the sake of growing and will only do so as long as there's no negative impact to the culture of the company. - The building which houses the Indianapolis office is a little dated and could use an update.
