This entire company is a joke. No seriously. I look up sometimes from my desk wondering how the hell a company can go so wrong and get this pathetic. It’s actually amazing and almost funny with how badly run this agency is. They go through constant and unnecessary account transitions, point fingers at anyone but upper management for this mess, and lay off people constantly. All within the utter chaos and day to day mishaps of L3. You will not know what’s going on. Have a question? No one else knows. Want to take a day off? Better find 5 people to spread your workload over your PTO before you go. Want even just a simple run of the mill day? Think again. Be prepared to work 60-80 hours a week EASY. You can do far better than this joke of a company. No no. Read that again. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. Zero job security. Zero direction. Zero leadership. I regret my decision to join this company fully and completely. In all likelihood, you will do the same. Take another job if you know what’s good for you. All of these negative reviews don’t happen in a vacuum over years and years. There’s trends in them - take heed. Good luck.
