Pros
The training is longer and better than any other major utility locating company, pay is better too. If you like working alone, this job is perfect! Little to no supervision once you're in the field.
Cons
Little supervision equals little support. There is no mentorship type training, so if you don't get it in class, you're probably not going to get it until you screw up.
