Pros
They offered a varied intense and interesting training programme which drew out hidden talents and amplified your key skills,there was a great deal of autonomy and headroom in the role.
Cons
The hierarchy was a bit out of touch and disengaged as we were the last training cohort of the programme,some of the training was overly theoretical.
