Pros
People who work at LocalMed love what they do and really believe in the products. It is a very uplifting and team-oriented work environment - every team wants to help other teams/individuals succeed. Plus, the intense ping pong games, fun team outings and office snacks are always a bonus!
Cons
Not many come to mind! Working at a new-er company sometimes has it's drawbacks in terms of benefits. But, in just the 8 months I've been here, our benefits and HR department as a whole has continued to improve and already stacks up pretty evenly with past companies I've worked for and I only expect that to continue as we grow and move forward!
