Pros
I thought I landed the job of my dreams. Localedge has the big name of Hearst Media behind them and the opportunity to work in the prestigious Hearst Tower in the Heart of uptown Charlotte. Promise of unlimited income potential. Great opportunity for someone who doesn't want a life outside of Local Edge. Product knowledge.
Cons
Intense fast pace training program with no room for error. A lot of after hours studying within first month which was very stressful given the fact that those expectations were presented to me before I took the job along with a 10 page script that has to be memorized before the end of training or risk the outcome of losing your job. Very cliche-ish environment.
