Pros
When I worked here I loved coming here every day because the people were awesome. I had a lot of office friends and we did happy hours all the time after work. I also liked what I was doing job-wise. The office environment was a nice and safe one. It was a fun job overall and my boss was great. Great benefits and time off policies as well.
Cons
Over time, changes in upper management happened and the company started to take a turn for the worse. Lots of projects were being initiated that I had no idea what the benefit of them was, and after they were completed they never went anywhere. It was like I was working hard for nothing. Also the pay was terrible and it was impossible to get a raise. I managed to get a promotion (with no raise but better title) after 2 years of working my butt off. My boss tried endlessly to get a raise for me but there was a "company freeze" on raises for almost the whole time I was there. This is why I ultimately had to leave, I was underpaid to begin with and my boss even told me, if I want to make more money I should find somewhere else to do so.
