Pros

Can't think of one worth mentioning

Cons

It's really not worth your time, unless you want to make minimum wage. You have to generate your own leads, most use HomeAdvisor which is overused and most the time people hang up on you. They set it up as you either make minimum wage or commision, whichever is greater. The commision packages can range from$150 - $350, depending which ever the closer can close on. Depending upon the package, you can get a little over 50% commission. Depending on the commision package you'd have to make 3-7 sales per week before you could start seeing commision paychecks. More than half of the openers are making "goal" two sales per week, but still only making minimum wage. Everyone takes their breaks and lunch at the same time, four "meetings" a day, highly micro managed, closers and management constantly listening in through your headset, no growth, and horrible benefits. If you need a job to keep things afloat until something better comes along - this job isn't even worth that. Fake enthusiasm, fake encouragement, fake culture. Hope this review helps you make the best decision!
