I’ve worked at Local Search Group LLC since July 2018. I came into this job with plenty of experience and knowledge, but still had much to learn. Management has been helpful with training, always giving positive affirmations to start the day and when it comes to difficult situations, and constructive criticism as necessary. They have been very understanding and accommodating when situations arise when I have to leave temporarily to handle parental duties as well. I love working here!

Cons

I have to find any legitimate complaints about working here that couldn’t be resolved on the spot.

Pros

It is a great atmosphere. You are given everything you need to succeed. The pay is excellent, even for people who are new to the team. I just left the company last week and would recommend Local Search Group to anyone looking in the area right now.

Cons

It may not be for you if you can't stay focused/motivated. If you can though (which is required of most jobs), you are rewarded nicely every payday.
