Extremely low hourly pay for drivers. More so then normal. Common for them to keep drivers off the books and work them overtime without paying overtime. A lot of turn over and drama. A lot of playing favorites. The owner will try to get employees to do stuff that is out of their job requirement. For instance, pressure washing the roof at less then minimum wage. Just overall shady practices.
