- Business is super slow - Founder blames the sales associates for factors out of the sales associates' control for the business being bad and not because their products are so overpriced for tourists - Founder is lowkey xenophobic; turns away international customers for using cash to pay for products (claims to "not understand" why they can't "just use their credit cards" - Founder is also classist.
