Pros

Not too much good. They have a beer Friday every once in a while.

Cons

No benefits. Make clients sign on the dotted lines and fill contract obligations to the minimum. Most work adds no benefit to the client. Clients very rarely renew contracts but they employ a big sales team to get new clients to sign. One client leaves, another signs. 9-6. poor salaries. The two founders make all the money and one of the founders is never in the office and is a very mean and disrespectful person. The other founder is an inept person who doesn't do much either. The small creative team that is constantly rotating does the brunt of the work but the top takes all the cake. I'm sure if you apply, you'll get an offer but I'd only take it if you are desperate.

Pros

Local Marketing Inc is a high-energy, growth-oriented company that provides excellent opportunities to learn and advance. The team is driven, supportive, and results-focused, which creates a motivating environment if you enjoy working toward clear goals. Leadership is accessible and invested in performance and development, and there’s a strong culture of accountability and improvement. You gain hands-on experience quickly and build skills that translate well across marketing, sales, and client-facing roles.

Cons

The pace is fast, and expectations are high, which may not be ideal for someone looking for a slower or more traditional corporate environment. That said, the structure and goals are clearly communicated, which helps keep work manageable for those who thrive in a dynamic setting.

Pros

Direct Manager was very helpful. Okay commission plan at the beginning.

Cons

Emotional founder. Unprofessional founder and CEO. Zero communication. Held commissions whenever the Founder feels like it.
