Pros

It's really refreshing to work at a company that actually lives by its values. One of the big ones at Local Infusion is "ownership," and that shows up in how people are treated. In my experience, managers trust their employees to get things done. The flip side of that is, as the employee, you have to show your work and that you own the result, whatever it is (it's a two-way street!). It can be a tough transition for people who are used to showing up to a job and running through a checklist and leaving, but it's more fulfilling, too. They also promote a lot from within so lots of opportunity for growth if you are the kind of person to seek out ways to advance. Also I love that they are generous with their swag. It's little, but it shows that they care about us enough to actually give us the good, name-brand stuff.

Cons

It's a startup and things are being built for the first time, so you have to be willing to roll with things and get creative. Benefits and PTO could be better.

The culture here is unmatched. Leadership listens, collaboration is genuine, and there’s a shared sense of purpose that you don’t find everywhere. I’m grateful to be part of such a dedicated, compassionate, and driven team.
