Allowed me to help people and support clinicians Good team to work with

management are bullying and dictatorial - they do not operate by the values they profess. Some of the processes are risky and i feel leave patients vulnerable For a caring organisation - they dont care about staff or patients - just targets. Appear to have racist undertones throughout

Pay is good and there are some nice people about

GPs are being sidelined in favour of ANPs or noctors. You are treated as a number, the values they claim to have as an organisation are not embodied by the organisation or managers. There is a significant amount of bullying and racial abuse at the hands of most managers.
