Extremely high rates are quoted to clients, because of which either clients don't give requirements or they give it after giving to every other agency. Unable to provide any better value than competition. Employees don't trust each other or the boss, no helping each other. Even managers won't help or teach you. Managers are not willing to change, especially not open to new technologies related to database. Managers take a cut from your billing. Very rude and arrogant to clients.
