The companies culture is one of the best if not the best from all the jobs I’ve worked. Management is extremely experienced. They’re amazing coaches. Teach you the ins and outs of the mortgage industry. You will learn the correct way to be a loan officer. Management is very open to helping the staff be the best they can be. If you’re serious about mortgages being your forever career, this is the company you want to start and stick with. The structure is on point, and office environment couldn’t be better.
