They decided to get rid of a bunch of staff due to money problems then they decide to waste at least £1,000 per store of shop props. Not to mention they created roles that were not needed, so they got rid of some great people only to bring in a useless upper management team. What an absolute waste of money, the company could have scored props from a Charity shop, that way they are saving money and doing some good. Who the hell buys books for the bathroom, as if we want customers spending any longer in there then necessary. Wasting money on snacks for customers, customer only come into the store for the snacks and that's it now. It's not a sweet shop its a furniture shop we are not waiters. STOP WASTING MONEY ON CRAP!! There is a rubbish marketing team, they take no advise but their own even when your way makes much more sense. Absolutely useless bring back the old marketing team.
