Pros

- Nice office often stocked with snacks - Hybrid schedule (WFH Monday and Fridays after 90 day period) - Okay pay

Cons

- Nepotism. All of the higher ups are buddy buddy with each other since they all came from another trucking company. If you aren't aware of this circle already, just run. You're not going to fit in. - Lack of training. There is no standard for training in this company and no formal training. There are no 30, 60, 90 day metric based, or honestly any type of goals to gauge progress. The person who "trained" me had never administered any type of training in their career ever and it showed. - Lack of communication. In every way possible. - No internal policies what so ever. There is no HR department and really no where to turn if you're experiencing an issue. - No 401k for the first year. - Only focused on improvements, no appreciation for hard work put in whatsoever. - Work life balance lacks. 40 hour work week does not exist here. Office hours are 7-5 with the expectation you are checking your email on evenings and weekends. - Lack of diversity within employees. Besides all of management being buddy buddy, there is hardly any gender or age diversity whatsoever.
