Having joined ELS almost a year now, I can quite confidently say that it has been an enjoyable experience thus far. From very early on it was clear that there is a real family feel to the business and colleagues are given the trust to explore their roles with autonomy. Couple this with the support from my own team, has made my transition to the business seamless, albeit I've come from a different industry. The company are investors in people and focus on the development of its staff. Going back to some of my early days with ELS I was introduced to an e-learning portal (which is accessible across the group) that I found to be an innovative way of ensuring our peers have the same foundational understanding of our products. Yes, the role is demanding but knowing that you have the support of an experienced team who are at hand, make the challenges a treat to deal with.
