Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you experienced strong relationships with your teammates. Our people and the way they support each other is something we value deeply.
We also hear your concerns around clarity, consistency, growth opportunities, compensation, and trust. While we don’t agree with every characterization, we take feedback like this seriously because it helps us see where we may not be communicating well or executing with the level of alignment our team deserves.
Regarding our return-to-office expectations, we recognize that changes to work location can be disruptive, especially for those who joined with a different understanding of our hybrid or remote approach. Decisions like this are not made lightly. We made the shift because we believe it best aligns with how we operate, collaborate, develop talent, and ultimately support the long-term survival of the organization. We also understand that this change will not work for everyone, and we respect the decisions individuals make as a result.
On compensation and benefits, we aim to pay fairly within our stage and market, and we acknowledge there are areas we must continue improving, especially around transparency and consistency in how we communicate growth paths and reward performance. We’re actively working to strengthen goal-setting, accountability, and prioritization so teams are not whiplashed by shifting initiatives and so individuals can see how their work connects to clear outcomes.
Finally, on our values, our mission and faith-based purpose matter to us, and we know they carry an expectation of the highest integrity in how we treat people. When we fall short, we want to hear it and improve, not dismiss it.
We appreciate what you contributed while you were here and wish you the best in what’s next. If you’re open to it, we welcome feedback directly as well so we can learn from the specifics and continue to get better.
