      Pros

      Sales people are great to work with. Lots of flexibility. Fast-paced work environment and if you thrive on problem-solving, this is the place to be.

      Cons

      Top management care more about money than employees. Product installed is low-quality. You get what you pay for. Small companies always have chaos when it comes to scheduling projects, be prepared for that.

      Pros

      Independence and autonomy. The ability to make a difference. I prefer being a part of a close knit team and that is what we have. Great support, commitment to employees and fun!

      Cons

      Things were challenging working from home during Covid. We were definitely not set up for that so it took about a month or two to iron out the kinks. Had some unfortunate turnover during that time as well. But the post covid team is even better that 2019.
