They lie to you at the interview by saying everyone is fun and friendly and approachable. The women are two faced, when I was waiting for the interview. A woman looked at me, smiled and then walked into the door because she was too busy looking at me. When I walked into the canteen, she went red and ran out of the canteen. When I said "hello" to her, I was reported for sexual harassment. I was chosen over another member of staff already at Lloyd Pascal and when the Warehouse Manager who took me on, left over an argument with the owner. One week later I was told, that they could not keep me on. Due to the cost of getting container's in from the Far East! Rubbish I heard them talking to the member of staff who originally missed out for this role and offered the role I was in. There is no thing as Health and Safety, the owner would rather pay any fines
