Management is appalling no care at all for staff HR waste of time just there to protect the company and not care about staff Management are just puppets for higher ups Poor wages Nobody is team players No praises for any work No bonuses Nothing ever changes, same people moaning and crying on about the same stuff every day Very clicky groups Bullying my senior members which take side and make you the guilty one, hence why they have such a huge staff turn over
