Awful top heavy leadership structure, nobody in “leadership” cares about career development, toxic work environment, bullying, everyone is overworked and no appreciation given, low salaries, bad leadership from very top down, high staff turnover for all above reasons. Work is often delivered with problems or below standard due to lack or leadership.
