Due to the size of the projects, you may not see much of your manager as they tend to go to multiple projects. Good side on this is that you have the freedom of manage your own work.

Easy to get into. supportive staff in the induction and onboarding.

- No career progression - They are not inclusive of anyone outside their office staff. - Are very supportive to start working but abandon you completely once you are assigned a project. - Look at you like a dispensable commodity and have to ask for any progression.
