      Pros

      Pay is sufficient but it's hard to say if you are paid properly. There is no accountability for how pay is calculated. Were we paid for clients we saw? Maybe. No proof.

      Cons

      Owners are difficult, passive-aggressive, and accusatory. The do not work to resolve issues and they often alienate employees with their behavior. This is a scary place to work. Anxiety provoking. Unhealthy. Very high turn over in the past year.

      You can make a good salary. Decent reputation in the community

      Cons

      Not a genuine workplace environment, but therapists are too afraid to share honestly because feedback is not received well.
