The company culture is one of innovation where you will be rewarded for your hard work. I have been an employee for many years and have nothing but great things to say about the company. I have learned a lot [it is a startup after all] and have been part of a team that has helped revolutionize streaming as a whole. Working here has allowed me to develop a set of skills that can be very valuable. Great benefits and Vacation Policy. Currently health insurance is completely subsidized by the company which is hard to find. It's not crappy insurance either, great options and flexible! Cons
Location in Bushwick can lead to longer commutes depending on where you live. Laid back environment can lead to lack of leadership at times. Not enough feedback from Management at times. Would be great to know how I'm doing. Depending on your role, opportunities to move up in the company may be low. This has been changing for the better throughout the years.
