Pros

No matter how positive you tried to be you will be dragged back.No future. Only support works flowing from IL.No scope of improvement even though it was promised during interview.

Cons

Cheating people in all the angles. No salary hike. Only 3%. No leave . Even for my marriage i have got 7 days out of which 5 are PL. No scope of improvement. Don't join this . Better to sit back and try for others.

Thanks for taking the time to write us a review. Dear reviewer, you say in your “Cons” that there are no salary hikes but then you point out that your raise was only 3%? That doesn’t make sense to me? For your information, we do give raises which average between 5 and 10 percent and can range up to a 25% increase depending on job performance. You also say that you were only paid you for 5 of your 7 days off to get married. Personally I think that was extremely generous especially when you consider that our Bangalore office cumulatively grants almost 40 days off per year in holidays, vacation, and sick days. Based upon these contradictory and questionable negative comments I would hope that readers will use common sense to consider the objectiveness of this review. We wish the current employee luck in his future endeavors. - Samuel Oliva, CEO.

Pros

Good working hours, good money (if US based)

Cons

They keep developers there with huge amounts of staff and client complaints for no reason. They let clients verbally abuse you and take on new projects with then even after strong advice otherwise. They always try to get Best Place to Work, though they have no regard for employees or breaking federal labor laws.
