Liventus is the only company I've worked for so far where it feels like they genuinely care about their employees. The company encourages feedback from employees and uses it to constantly think of new ways to improve upon processes and work culture. The fully remote environment allows for a healthy work/life balance, and they hold lots of virtual events and company-wide competitions (like cookie decorating contest and March Madness brackets) which means there's always something fun to look forward to. Liventus also invests in its employees, encouraging continuous learning and having regular communication on where employees see themselves growing within the company.
