Pros

A hospitality group with potential but unfortunately the bad outweighs any of the good. Some incredible talent across the group however most have left, have been made redundant or are exiting the business.

Cons

- Poor leadership, lots of micromanagement and reactive business practices that has created a lot of uncertainty, a toxic work culture and exhausted employees. The senior leaders are not approachable ( or around for that matter) so nothing gets addressed appropriately. - No change management which is desperately needed due to the growth the company has gone through in acquiring businesses. A lot of terrible communication and confused, unhappy employees which has resulted in the high company turnover. - Zero company culture. Its disappointing as there are so many talented and personable individuals. There are surveys submitted on this yet HR has done nothing to address. There is also no office in Sydney so expect to hotdesk at WeWork if based there. - Zero Employee Perks. You must bring your own device ( But some people get a device so I guess it depends on who your manager is). There are no team/office lunches/workshops, learning & development allowances etc.
