I am throughly impressed with Lively as it provided a friendly yet challenging work environment. The passion that drives everyone in the P&E orgs is remarkable, and it reflects in the quality of our work. Being a startup, we have the unique advantage of witnessing significant changes in process and product development, something larger often lack. It’s truly exciting to be a part of a company that fosters innovation.
Cons
While a startup environment offers exciting opportunities, one recurring challenge I’ve encountered is the presence of communication silos that can hinder collaboration and information sharing within the org. Though, this has been getting better progressively with new communication standards and practices.
