Pros
Whether you're a seasoned veteran in your field or a new grad, if you work at Lively, you'll feel valued by management, supervisors, and your teammates. Even as a fully-remote employee, from my first day on the job, I instantly felt part of the team and like my work was important. I genuinely like my job and my teammates are awesome. I can see staying with the company for some time to come. The benefits are pretty good too. Lively encourages its employees to use its HSA product by offering monthly contributions. And unlimited vacation isn't just a gimmick; employees are encouraged to use their PTO regularly. Honestly, I could go on and on, but long story short, Lively is a fabulous place to work and to be part of building something special.
Cons
Since the company is still fairly small and is growing significantly, there are some normal growing pains. Career progression is not very well-defined in some departments, so as an employee you really need to advocate for your own growth. But the opportunities are definitely there, if you're willing to work for them.
