Pros
People and Product. To elaborate, the people from the top down are genuine, empathetic and are always willing to go the extra mile to help across departments. If you do your diligence, our product speaks for itself, but is also a reflection of our company - it's a living, breathing tangible reflection of who the company is if you've never met anyone at Lively.
Cons
Growing pains. We're growing like crazy and I've seen the company evolve, literally overnight. That said, we're all cognizant of it and continue to hold transparency as a value mark. In short, I don't think there is any way to circumvent growing pains, especially when you a part of a company with the trajectory we have.
