Work Volume could be high and unevenly distributed during the busy times. Sometimes difficult to communicate with Engineering or outside vendors in a timely manner.

You get out what you put into this job. We've had a lot of success over the past couple years, it feels like this is Lively's moment to grow.

Cons

This is not a clock in, clock out type of role. If you're looking for that, it would not be a good fit.

There is a certain mid manager that is a true culture vulture. Be warned.
