They are dedicated to not only their clients but also their employees. Support was always there when needed from everyone on the team. The training and professional development opportunities are great! They really make sure you are more than well-prepared to be successful in sessions.
I personally was not pursuing to become a BCBA but I did see others on the team who were, receive that extra support and guidance as they went through their program. Everyone there wants to see you succeed and be a part of your journey!
As a student, the flexible scheduling and support for work-life balance was super helpful, it helped maintain my well-being while still providing great service. Supervisors are approachable and easy to talk to about any issue.
