Pros
Great bar in the NYC office, very cool employees at the worker level. Working at LiveTiles gave me new perspective on how good it is at other companies in terms of culture, honesty, benefits, and the lack of a need to take a shower every time you talk to an exec.
Cons
Leadership. From the C-Suite to the VP level, there is no clear, consistent communication, or actual leadership. Passive-aggressive is the best way to describe the overall style. If you're not part of the small inner circle, you're screwed. Blatant lies about bonus and stock plans. Cooked books to make numbers. If you disagree with leadership, i.e. have original thinking or a better way, you're screwed.
