Pros

When my recruiter told me the job description and a little bit about the company I thought to myself this is too good to be true. Good compensation, ability to work from home, brand new MacBook Pro, weekly pizza, salad and wing lunches, family events and more. Since I've ben here it's all true and more. We work on a large variety of projects with cool tech and have the chance to learn new languages. All the senior developers are friendly and open to questions. I have not once heard someone say RTFM. There are project managers that have the developers back and keep that nice separation from the clients The CTO and CEO always make themselves available and are willing to help and try to answer all your questions making the workplace feel like a family. I definitely recommend Frozen Mountain to any developer who likes to challenge their shills and are willing to learn new ones.

Cons

If you have to take transit and don't live in the Surrey area it can be a bit of a trek.

Pros

I knew this was a company on the rise when I interviewed, but I had no idea just how locked in they really are. They are true to everything they said in the interview, there are people here who are got promoted 1-2 months in because they are just that good and because there are no upper layers in the sales team right now. 100% reap what you sow. Super good upside, get in now while you still can.

Cons

It's a grind to start, you eat what you kill with cold calling but you don't have to spend any time prospecting. You won't last here if you aren't hitting the daily minimums for calls and appointment sets. Not the pace everyone can keep up with imo. Some emails, etc. on the weekends, but hours are pretty decent (8am - 5pm Mon-Fri).

Pros

Experienced Leadership: Upper management has a proven track record and has successfully scaled companies before. They aren't guessing, they win and execute with precision. Clear and Direct Culture: Communication is transparent and direct across the board. This is a place where you can build a long-term career and be part of something genuinely special. Unlike many tech environments, the expectations and daily operations here are calculated and intentional. You always know where you stand. This team truly cares about your success.

Cons

Very face paced. The structured environment means things move quickly. If you rely on a slow onboarding ramp or prefer to do things at your own speed, with an unchanging routine, the rapid growth and high-performance expectations might feel intense at first.
