Pros
Some of the people are nice. New neighborhood is nice. New offices are nice too. Beyond that, train wrecks don't have many Pros.
Cons
Clueless people in finance. No direction for the company. Stock options are worthless. Morale is terrible. Poor communication. Goals are useless. Empty promises. Different people leaving on a weekly basis. I could go on, but the Con list isn't going to suddenly improve.
