Pros
- Fast moving company, with tight feedback loop with real users and internal testing from colleagues. - No red tape or bureocracy, with direct access to founders and everyone else. - Modern tech stack with good balance between quality and speed. Engineering team is experienced and extremely hands-on. - Full-remote but care to meet and promote team-bonding from time to time with fun trips funded by the company. - Mangement is transparent and very flat org structure.
Cons
- I wouldn't recommend to professionals eary in their career (at least for now in engineering) - I wouldn't recommned to engineers that really need the in-office experience and are not in the UK (at least for now, the only engineering office is in the UK and optional attendance but otherwise full remote). - I wouldn't recommend to developers that need to have every little detail planned ahead of time before getting things done. Here it's usually best to ship quickly to also learn quickly and improve later (which also happens btw!)
