Pros

Good benefits and perks, plenty of leave.

Cons

This company experiences high turnover and low retention rates. While the benefits package initially attracts employees, they soon leave due to the lack of supervision and clinical support. Managers, who lack knowledge in allied health, focus heavily on pleasing support coordinators to boost sales and KPIs, often neglecting the quality of clinical support for participants. Team leaders are frequently overwhelmed by additional tasks outside their job descriptions. Area managers frequently introduce unrealistic ideas and hire new staff without considering the actual needs of the team, adding to the overall burden.

Pros

There are many leave benefits/options and there is a decent work culture (if you could call it that, given the 100% remote nature of the job)

Cons

Too much emphasis on KPIs, impossible at times to feel like there is any cohesion between staff, and stakeholders outside of the organisation - it can be a logistical and practical nightmare at times trying to manage your own client case load. The over emphasis on KPIs also takes away from being able to spend adequate time and energy on doing true clinical and effective work with clients - trying to hit 5 billable hours per day isn't always possible, and the second that happens, management comes breathing down your neck, yuck.
