Pros

I would have liked to stay to see what else Jim Butler and his immediate crew are bringing to the table with regards to innovation. He has been a great inspiration at that level.

Cons

Regrettably, what he brings to the table does not trickle down in terms of a team oriented atmosphere. It is very toxic and there's a culture of having a 'fall guy' for projects and alot of finger pointing. I used to be one that had such high spirits and great positivity going into any project. I have been drained of it all and now I'm trying to work my way up again. What I have observed is favoring a boys club as I kept hearing the phrase many times from various members in the organization ... and then I understood what that meant. I'm very saddened to have left this organization, but when I'm at a point where I struggle to wake up in the morning and start the day, then I know it's time to go.

Pros

- I love the work as I get to work across many different clients & tools which means the work is never stale and I continue to grow. This also helps me retain talent on my team. - The culture is excellent, which wasn't always the case. Over the last 2 years, there has been executive leadership changes and with this new group came a FANTASTIC new culture. The transparency and communication has greatly improved and there is a real sense of team unity now. - There is always opportunity to grow your career. I have seen many employees get promoted multiple times and carve out new roles for themselves. If you are a hard worker, you will be rewarded. - Unlimited time off, within reason of course. - Flexibility for remote work even prior to covid.

Cons

- 401k match is on the low side.
