Considering our reputation amongst technicians in our region, we have a very high rehire rate. Many who leave a full time position for various reasons, will return in either a part or full time capacity. Although our turnover is currently around 10%, exit interviews indicate that turnover is mostly due to opportunities in family businesses or with positions elsewhere that will allow them to continue working alongside our team on a part time basis. Regardless of the reason, LIVE! makes efforts to celebrate these opportunities and continues to keep in touch with our extended family whenever possible.
