The school had amazing contracts with important companies. They give you freedom to program your timetable as much as possible while still giving you as many hours as you can handle. The staff are really lovely and the management are totally supportive and I felt like they were always looking out for me and on my side throughout my time there. It’s well paid comparatively and my wages always arrived promptly.
Cons
For some of the larger contracts you have to go to the HQ, which means a wee bit of travel.
It is hard to find a positive for this company other than, being constantly called into the office for no reason will exercise both your body as well as your patience.
Cons
I have worked for the Live Institute in Florence. This company do not pay on time and do not provide pay receipts. The management are abusive and badly organised. Teachers are expected to do as they are told and if they don't like what they are told then to find another job. The pedagogic understanding of the school is totally lacking and a frustration for teachers with a prior understanding of their job and own mother tongue.
