Management your just another number to them make you feel so small & worthless

Some really good engineers At engineer level the people are good and help each other out

SDMs don't ever push back on customers - they just say yes to whatever customers ask and then order engineers around Department managers are constantly fighting each other with personal grudges going on Customers aren't ever jettisoned even if they are losing the company money "Professional Services" will turn up on a site, partially complete a job, make changes without authorisation and clear off leaving BAU to clear up the mess
