Pros

Equity for some roles + CEO and Co Founder both incredibly well educated, separately are both inspiring leaders.
Cons
Not really a "Con", but I will say, similar to other tech companies, it's very fast paced and things can change often and quickly. To be successful here you have to be adaptable and see change as an opportunity
