It’s so shocking to see a startup as LittleThings to grow so much and to know that some of the people behind the growth are a bunch of rotten apples. Many of the people in a management position especially the social media team seem nice in the beginning but soon you start to see glimpses of their real personality. Only when you’re told you’re fired is when it really hits you. While I was there I saw that every week 1-2 persons were hired, I thought this was because they were a rapidly growing startup but after looking around a seeing a few faces missing only then I realized the high turnover rate of this company. It’s truly scary to know that your position isn’t entirely secured and it shows how they don’t value their employees. I know Joe would ask anyone to talk to him if they felt like something was wrong or unfair about the company but even after talking to him myself he naturally took the side of those in the management role after talking to them himself. It really makes no sense to think everything is fine when, take away all the fake reviews on here, 90% of everyone on here are talking about the same issue. It's funny to see all these fake positive reviews written by current employees because it's only a matter of time till a lot of the employees there run into the same situation.
