they make you go to the office even if your team works somewhere else; they don't reward employees or make them feel their work is valued, which makes many valuable workers leave in the mid term. they don't have flexible schedule in summer period

The management team is highly supportive, providing ample opportunities for growth and professional development. The work culture is exceptional, fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment.
