Pros

The brand is growing in nice cities - however, that's the only thing that's nice about this brand...

Cons

If you care about your mental health, do not work here. I repeat, DO NOT work here. It's a bunch of mean girls who are pretending to be nice. When you get there, true colors show. There's an on site therapist for a reason. That's all I will say.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. We are disappointed to hear that you have not had a good experience from a company culture perspective. We pride ourselves on living out our mission of kindness and inclusivity both to our customers and in the workplace. As it sounds you have not experienced this, we highly encourage you to bring these concerns to the HR Department to provide this feedback directly. We take this type of feedback very seriously and would love to see what we can do to fix your LWP experience. Again, we encourage you to reach out directly to the HR Department, as we are always looking to improve the workplace for our employees!

Pros

My coworkers have been decent to work with, but my experience with the company itself hasn’t been as great.

Cons

Employees aren’t provided with any training, but are expected to keep up with high expectations with minimal support. Workloads are brutal, hours are long, and breaks are few and far between. Salaries are insultingly low, and benefits are scarce.
