Nothing, pros are only there if the owner is in a good mood, otherwise not

1. Full politics, people are not focused on completing the work instead, they will sit idly for whole day and gossip about everyone 2. A few of people who are close to the owner will manipulate the owner against you and will get you thrown out very easily 3. There's no growth as the owner doesn't understand the basic process, like research, growth, development and trends 4. Only client you will work with are their friend and family, no other than that 5. Highly unexpected timelines are asked to meet 6. The language used by everyone as well as the owner over there is full of arrogance and disrespect 7. They will deduct pay for random reasons and never give you the proper reason or the deducted pay 8. If you don't do sugaring to the owner about everyone, you are the wrong person then 9. No hierarchy 10. They don't have any process and when you try to make one you are told it's useless but you are asked to follow the imaginary process which doesn't even exist In short this is the worst place someone can work

Good Experience in terms of Learning, If You are from fashion Industry, its a good company for exposure.
