I thoroughly enjoy working at Little Sparrows Speech Therapy. The company is extremely passionate about working in a supportive team environment to ensure that all clients can achieve their goals. I am provided with consistent one-on-one supervision time with a senior Speech Pathologist to discuss how I can further assist my clients but also to enhance my professional development and learning. The work culture here is fantastic, everyone supports each other, and is incredibly welcoming to new staff members. I have my own clinic room and was provided with all equipment I required such as my own dedicated IPAD, office phone, and desktop computer. Us Speech Pathologists also has an extensive range of assessments for all ages and therapy activities and games. We are also provided with frequent professional development opportunities that we complete individually and as a team. Our usual day involves having multiple coffees (we have 2 working coffee machines so there is never an outage), creating and participating in fun therapy sessions with our clients, and discussing our favorite topics! Whilst we like to be busy and work hard, we also ensure that we have our downtimes such as relaxing during our one-hour lunch breaks and going for a quick drive to our favorite bakery down the road (we love our sweet food and coffee here!) I highly recommend working at Little Sparrows Speech Therapy!
